Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, in accordance with consumer protection laws.


Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Initial shipping costs (if applicable) will also be refunded if the product was damaged or incorrect.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Personal care items (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, hygiene products)

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products


Delivery Times

Orders are typically delivered within 7–21 business days, depending on demand and logistics.
Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs processing.


Important Information for Klarna & Buy Now, Pay Later Customers

If you choose Klarna Pay Later or any "buy now, pay later" method, you agree to the following:

  • Product images and descriptions may slightly vary due to screen display, supplier batches, or shipping conditions. These do not qualify as "item not as described."

  • Delivery times may take 7–21 business days depending on demand and logistics. Orders are not eligible for refund or dispute during this window unless undelivered.

  • Once an order is confirmed and shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • For hygiene, safety, and compliance reasons, opened or used personal care items cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Claims of “product dissatisfaction” are not eligible for refund unless a product is damaged or defective upon arrival (photo proof required).


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
